About your role

• Drive high impact development projects in close cooperation with our sales, product and operations teams
• Build strategic alliances with external partners and suppliers to ensure scalability of our operations
• Solve problems using quantitative and qualitative means and give recommendations on how to grow the business further
• Gain hands on experience in operative processes and prepare to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing startup
• Be part of an amazing team and challenge the status quo of the logistics industry

Requirements

• You have a degree in business, economics or engineering with outstanding academic credentials
• You have gained relevant work experience in the startup, consulting or banking industry. A background in logistics or operations is a plus but not required
• You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to make decisions based of both intuition and data
• You are capable of cracking complex problems in a fast-paced professional environment
• You are hands-on with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude and are willing to go the extra mile
