Our tasks
• Advise national and international Life Science companies (Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Medtech)
• Develop innovative solutions for complex strategic issues
• Projects range from growth strategy (products, geographic, corporate), market access, supply chain optimization and organizational transformation to transaction support
