Working Student for Digital Transformation Program Management in Operations (m/f/d)

What we are looking for

• Define and improve performance data and KPIs for the monthly performance dialogue (incl. digitization)
• Define and implement agile workflows for capturing and implementing digital use cases across the COO area
• Support running the governance and decision making processes incl. financial steering of the program
• Shape the content and messaging for our COODE communications strategy
• Design digital NPS surveys to evaluate customer satisfaction
• Support reporting towards Uniper digital federated program and other company wide program interfaces
• Support the idea management (incl. Idea Management Tool) and processing new ideas all the way to delivery
• Support the team with your innovative ideas and become a full member of our diverse team

Who we are seeking

• Bachelor/ Master students preferably with interest in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, but all fields of studies welcome with a passion for digital transformation and an agile way of working
• Reliable and target-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
• Highly motivated, self-organized, structured and willingness to contribute ideas to improve existing processes and tools in an agile work environment
• Team-player, strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills to enable interaction with a wide range of people and stakeholders
• Open and eager to working in and with a digital work environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel,  SharePoint and a fast learner of new software tools
• Business fluent in English speaking and written, German will be nice to have
