MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE
As our Manager customer service you will lead us into the next steps of the communication with the clients from PHE . You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in regards to managing our (new) clients and carriers and strive for TMS optimization.
This will lead to a continuous process development. In this new environment you will help build up the department and be a part of the growth and success of the entire devision.
What you will be doing:
- Managing all operational stakeholders (internal, carriers & clients) in the parcel shipping environment;
- Continuous operational and service optimization shall ensure frictionless and efficient business processes with clients;
- Configurate settings & data administration in our Transport Management System (TMS);
- Support the implementation process of carriers & clients;
- Manage carriers by performance analysis and monitoring relevant KPIs and take measures that ensure continuous service improvement.
To make this job a success you will need a few things:
- Experience in the transportation industry, mainly in Parcel industry is ideal;
- Fluent English, written and verbal;
- Need to be able to innovate processes & workflows.
- Knowledge of Office programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) is needed.
- Good salary based on knowledge and experience
