Wellbeing as a career / Be well to do well
This workshop explores what wellbeing truly means for you as a student and future professional. You will learn how to recognise early warning signs, understand what organisations are legally required to do, and why that isn’t enough, while gaining practical tools to support your own and others’ wellbeing and mental health in proactive ways.
You will also discover how an interest in wellbeing can evolve into meaningful career opportunities within organisations, and how these roles are shaping the future of work. Expect practical frameworks, real-world insights, and takeaways you can apply at university, at work, and beyond.
Did you receive any information from the student services center regarding mental health supports for students?
