The challenge focuses on creating a scalable, innovative, and customer-centric supply chain strategy that supports global operations across multiple regions. Participants will develop a distribution network, define warehouse and transportation concepts, calculate capacity requirements, and explore opportunities for automation, digitalization, and long-term growth.
