Culture, Ethics and Leadership Seminar January 16th, 2018
Developing an ethical organizational business culture is more important than ever and requires good corporate governance, a mindset change and leadership that sets the tone in words and actions. While business leaders believe a strong organizational culture is critical to business performance and success, they often struggle between meeting the financial targets and contributing to the welfare of society. This calls for new leadership skills, and the ability of Business Schools to educate and prepare its students for emerging paradoxes within modern business organizations.
Speakers from practice are invited to reflect on this theme in an interactive session with the students. Master students can use the session to further develop their master thesis topic.
Join SCOPE and the SBE for this interesting discussion in the lecture hall at 4 pm. This event is free of charge!
