As you know SCOPE is always there for you and we realize that during this tough time all you hear is Corona content, we decided to show you some great recipes from SBE students. They want to help you make this situation less annoying by sharing their favorite foods.

Next up is Carolina. She presents her favorite vegan dish, pancakes! Have fun trying the recipe out!

 

Ingredients:

  • 120gr buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons linseed flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml almond drink
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp vanilla sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Frozen raspberries

 

Steps:

  1. Mix everything dry together.
  2. Add the oil and almond milk
  3. Put a lot of maple syrup and raspberries on top
