Alexia Poncet - President

Hi everyone! My name is Alexia Poncet, and I’m really excited to serve as President of SCOPE for the upcoming year. I’m half French, half Canadian, and currently in my second year of International Business. Last March, I had the chance to chair the Luxembourg Trip, where we visited consulting firms, banks, and institutions like the European Investment Bank, an experience that showed me how much I enjoy bringing people together and creating opportunities to connect with the professional world.

Outside of SCOPE, you’ll most likely find me traveling (I can never stay in one place too long), enjoying a beer at Preuvrerij with friends, or most likely with a cup of tea in hand (because yes, I somehow survived student life without coffee 😅).

As President, I’ll be keeping an overview of SCOPE and supporting the board and our committees, while also strengthening our ties with SBE and our daughter associations. Most importantly, I want this year to be full of collaboration, great memories, and lots of fun, and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
