Ane Laquidain Maldonado – President

Hi everyone! 

My name is Ane Laquidain Maldonado, and I am happy to take on the role of President of SCOPE for the 2026–2027 academic year. I am 21 years old, from a small city in the north of Spain called Pamplona. At SBE, I recently completed my bachelor's in economics and business economics, specialising in Economics. 

As President, I will keep an overview of everything going on within the association, making sure our board and committees run smoothly. I will also be focused on strengthening our ties with SBE and all of our daughter associations. I'm really looking forward to organising and taking part in all of our activities, while getting to know all of our members. 

Outside of SCOPE, you'll usually find me catching up with friends over dinner or a beer, hosting a chill game night, playing volleyball, or going for a long walk. 

If you ever want to talk over a coffee, count me in. If you want a volleyball partner, I'm always up for a game. And if you spot me at Preuv on a Tuesday, come say hi, I’ll have a beer in hand.
