This study trip is a unique opportunity to explore an economic capital where several company visits and social events will take place. The IEO has been well known to go to cities like Kuala Lumpur, St. Petersburg, Seoul, and Rio de Janeiro, and this year's destination is Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam! Just like in the International Financial Orientation Committee, you will get the chance to organize and participate in an amazing, two-week-long event in an emerging market from scratch!
Since Maastricht University actively partners with us for the trip organization, every attendant gets credits from this official skills course! Cities that have been visited in previous years include Shanghai, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, São Paulo, Toronto, and Boston. As an active member in this committee, it is your task to organize this trip by choosing a destination, finding interesting companies to visit, and organizing the entire operational part, such as booking flights, hotels, etc. By joining the IEO Committee, you also engage yourself to take part in the trip!
