About the position

As an intern at IMPROVED you will be treated like a full-time member of the team. In our tight-knit team, you will work closely with our expert dealmakers, partners and senior advisors. You will get a high level of responsibility and you will also be closely involved in our day-to-day processes. Your task will include the development of pitch documents, investment memoranda, market analyses, and financial analyses.  

A successful internship can be a great stepping stone to a full-time position at IMPROVED, as evidenced through our strong track-record of promoting from within the organisation. 

About you

For this position, we are looking for a master students in finance, economics, (technical)business, econometrics or another financial base beta study, who is available for a period of four to six months. A passion and interest in the Technology, Energy and Mobility sectors will be helpful.

The role requires a highly motivated, ambitious and skilful communicator, who is results-driven. You will be highly analytical, a team player, genuine, persistent and able to manage a high workload. You will have numerical reasoning skills, but more importantly, you understand the relationship between data, strategy and execution. We are also looking for an individual with no 9 to 5 mentality, is fluent in Dutch and English, and able to accelerate when necessary.
