Junior Affiliates Manager

We are looking for a Jr. Affiliates Manager to join our team in the Amsterdam office and help us with our current growth.

About the job

You will be joining the Affiliates team, who are passionate and motivated in what they do. You will be directly reporting to the Affiliate manager and working closely together with both junior and senior colleagues in the team. The team is very open and will support you in gaining new skills and knowledge.

We aim to grow to eight million customers by 2025. Our affiliates program is an important part in increasing our reach and supporting our business goals.

You will be responsible for handling new affiliation requests and the onboarding and offboarding that comes with our affiliates. You will manage existing relationships by timely address and escalate inquiries from affiliates daily. This includes analyzing daily operational processes to increase efficiency and speed while reducing potential risks.

What you will be responsible for:

Monitoring the correct functioning of the tracking system and affiliates platform;

• Supporting operations by compute and sending monthly commissions reports;
• Timely collect, record and process invoices or agreement changes;
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of promotional contents and liaise with internal stakeholders to develop new contents;
• Support with preparing affiliates newsletters, commercial and internal documentation, landing pages, promotional content, organizing affiliates events, webinars, etc;
• Proactively research and contact potential partners in all European countries where DEGIRO is active;
• Suggest improvements in policy, processes, or procedures where necessary;
• Maintain smooth daily operations.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Academic background (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, preferably;

• Good knowledge of the online trading/investment industry in Europe, regulated financial instruments and competitive landscape;
• Some experience with affiliation;
• Knowledge of API connections, tracking systems, database structure;
• Ability to detect and capitalize commercial opportunities;
• Ability to close deals from end-to end within a fully compliant environment;
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal);
• Great numerical skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and a team player;
• Very well organized, pragmatic, and detail oriented;
• Knowledge of DEGIRO’s services is a plus.
