As an all-rounder, keyer, mechanic, mechanical miracle accompanied by a pinch of motor skill and process refinement, you are exactly the person we are looking for. Yes, you read it right. Are you that diligent centipede with knowledge in abundance, we ask you to come and apply with us. Together with our other centipedes (a.k.a. Technical Service Employees) you will ensure that all warehouses function flawlessly. The best challenge is currently in the maintenance and further optimization of our conveyor systems that cover about 300,000 packages every week. Remedying malfunctions that may be of a mechanical, electrical, electronic or software nature. That's why we're looking for that all-rounder. If you have the idea that one of these parts does not fall within your scope, that is of course not a problem. One of your new colleagues can help you with this, provided you are of course interested in it.

You will:

• Perform preventive maintenance on various machines. Think of our conveyor system, strap machines, sorting systems and labeling systems;
• Repairing malfunctions on both the electrical and mechanical levels;
• When new machines are purchased, you will install them;
• Drafting maintenance schedules with fellow mechanics and also carrying them out. Determine together when certain parts need to be replaced;
• Due to the above work, you will play an important role in the on-time delivery of our orders.

You have:

• Preferably a completed MBO diploma in a technical direction such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
• 3-5 years of work experience in a technical service environment;
• Experience with logistics (sorting) installations and/or conveyor technology is a big advantage;
• Prepares to work in a 2-shift system in high season;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
