WHAT YOU DO

• The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team
• About 70-80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks include analyzing individual customer data and further developing processes
• You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability to deliver project content for customers as well
• You onboard new customers to our software
• You support customers as a "clearing house" for questions and issues related to the use of our products and conduct their technical consulting in the field of sustainability
• You interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers and support them in decisions for optimal use of our tools and services
• You are the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
• You develop and manage tools for monitoring customer activities and respond to this monitoring
• The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with customers will mainly be in German

 WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role
• You have native-level German language skills
• You work independently and are customer-oriented
• You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You communicate clearly and confidently
• You are motivated to learn new sustainability content independently
• You also have work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
• Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
• You speak fluent English
