About MD7
MD7 is a global leader in digital infrastructure solutions, helping telecom operators and energy companies build long-term partnerships with property owners — from mobile antenna sites to EV charging stations. With 400+ employees across offices in Ireland, Germany, and the Netherlands, they operate in 30+ countries and have generated over $2 billion in operational savings for clients worldwide.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive (internally called a Site Acquisition Consultant), you'll be responsible for finding and securing optimal locations for mobile antenna sites on behalf of MD7's clients. From lead generation to contract signing, you'll manage the full acquisition cycle — building relationships with landlords, visiting sites, and navigating permit processes with local authorities.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying suitable antenna locations and reaching out to potential landlords
- Managing the full process from initial contact through to signed lease agreements
- Negotiating lease terms and closing deals
- Maintaining up-to-date records in MD7's custom software, LiveTrack
- Visiting potential or existing sites when needed
- Coordinating with municipalities and government authorities for permits
Your profile
- Excellent Dutch communication skills, written and spoken (C1 minimum)
- Basic English fluency
- Solution-oriented communicator with strong time management
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Negotiation skills are a plus — but commitment and enthusiasm matter most
