Audit Trainee

The role

Auditing is more than looking at numbers. You dig into financial processes, audit annual accounts and develop a sharp, critical eye. At Qconcepts you join client assignments from the start as a full member of a fixed, self-managing team — not someone tagging along.

The traineeship runs two to three years for WO starters and combines practical client work with technical modules and personal coaching. Perform well and you progress to Senior Associate.

You choose how you work. 32 or 40 hours a week, flexible hours and hybrid working, discussed to fit you.

Who they're looking for

• You are close to finishing a WO Master, and are starting or already doing a Post-Master Accountancy
• You want to qualify as a Registeraccountant (RA)
• You recognise yourself in their core values: committed, entrepreneurial, autonomous
• You take initiative, ask questions and take ownership of your own development

• From €3,300 per month full-time, rising as you develop — no fixed salary ceilings
