How to be a great consultant (at SMP)
1. Introduction & insights into the working environment at SMP (clients, sectors, teamwork, SMP spirit, events, etc.).
2. Tasks of an SMP consultant (what does a consultant do vs. a manager?)
3. Overview of relevant skills of a SMP consultant with deep-dive into 3 topics (Storylining, 100% (QA), Presenting)
For each topic there is a ~ 15 min impulse talk and then an activity (e.g. connect given topics to a storyline, find mistakes on a slide and present real project slides).
