Florian, a member of Success’s Formula leadership, has observed a trend since the COVID-19 pandemic; working besides studying is not as established as it was before the pandemic. Furthermore, a good salary is not the primary motivator for students anymore. Instead, the emphasis has shifted towards skill development and participation in social activities. Students are increasingly inclined to join student associations like MSC or SCOPE, prioritising skill enhancement over monetary compensation.
Your task is to devise scalable solutions for this human resource challenge. This involves designing, incentivising and attracting new talent. Furthermore, consider the broader context beyond Maastricht and encompass other cities in the Netherlands. Additionally, you will have extensive insights into Success Formula's operations and access to its current employees. Your research should centre on understanding the needs of current students.
