Introduction of the guest speakers:
Martijn Canisius is co-CEO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. After studying Finance and investments in Maastricht, he worked for eight years as a controller at various parties in the financial sector, such as Aegon, Axa and Reaal. From 2017, he worked as Chief Finance & Risk Officer for NN Investment Partners (formerly Delta Lloyd) before being appointed co-CEO in 2022. In the same year, Goldman Sachs Asset Management acquired the Hague-based asset manager.
Wilrik Sinia is a co-founder and partner at Mint Tower Capital Management. There, he is responsible for Risk Management as a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager. Sinia graduated as a macroeconomist from Erasmus University, after which he attended a Management Trainee at ABN AMRO (Academy). Before founding Mint Tower Capital Management in 2010, he worked at Bank Labouchere, ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.
