Ski Trip 2026

Dear SCOPE Members, (Après-)ski fanatics and supporters,

Welcome to the sign-up page for the annual SCOPE Snowtrip. For the 2026 edition we will be going to Avoriaz, France, famous for its car free nature, 650km of slopes and the world renowned la folie douce club!

We are leaving from the 3^rd of January up until the 10^th of January 2025. We are already certain that this will be a week to remember! We are aware that this will take place during the resit week, that is why we got you covered with various insurance options, in case you cannot make it to the trip.

Next to an awesome location, we have a lot more tricks up our sleeves for you! Here you have a small overview of some points that should be on your mind:

•  Member price: Ski with 6 days ski pass: €670/person
• Non-Member price: Ski with 6 days ski pass: €1.340/person
• You can rent ski and snowboard equipment from one of our partners, the information for that will follow. It is also possible to take your own Ski equipment.
• Accommodation (small shared apartments near the slopes), transport from Maastricht to Avoriaz and back and some activities (think drinks, bowling, or dinner in past years) as well as the Ski pass are included in the price
• Optionally, you can take ski lessons for additional costs.
• During the week, various activities will be organised for you for free or for student friendly prices.

Don’t doubt, book fast since spots are limited!

Please note: the €100 deposit is required upon registration. This will be refunded if you cancel by the November 17th deadline, or deducted from your final trip price if you go.

! The trip will take place during the first re-sit week in January, and in case that you are not sure whether or not you can make it, we got you covered! By registering (possible until November 10th), you are guaranteed a spot in the trip. You will receive a confirmation message if you get a spot, otherwise we will put you on the waiting list in case others cancel. The final registration and payment will then be done separate at a later point! Cancelations will be possible until the 17th of November for if you have a resit!
