Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH is a German family equity company headquartered in Duisburg-Ruhrort since its founding in 1756. We manage a diversified portfolio and pursue a long-term investment strategy as a 100 percent family-owned holding. Our strategy combines two approaches into an integrated overall portfolio: First, through direct investments, we primarily develop majority holdings in market-leading business services companies across Europe. In addition, we create value with "FHC Capital" through a globally oriented multi-asset portfolio that covers various investment classes.
